When you sign up for updates. Your email address.

When you search for your nearest restaurant. The postcode you enter. Postcode lookups are carried out by postcodes.io, an external service, which receives the postcode in order to return its location.

Automatically, when you visit the site. Your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you visit, together with the information stored in cookies described below.

How we use your information, and our legal basis

To assess your job application. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in recruiting for our restaurants.

usid and bulletin_Show – 30 days. Identifiers carried over from an earlier version of this website. They are no longer used and are being removed.

Google reCAPTCHA sets its own cookies on our careers and franchise pages, in order to tell real visitors apart from automated abuse.

We do not use advertising or profiling cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Who we share your information with

We share personal information with the service providers who help us run this website and respond to you. These are our website hosting provider; Maileroo, which delivers the emails we send; Google, which provides reCAPTCHA and the fonts used on this site; postcodes.io, which powers our restaurant search; and allergenslist.com, which provides our allergen information tool.
